Kit complete frame + Progressive Safety Gear M247 + Driving Set
The Safety Gear Kit for any type of chassis and for guides from 8mm to 16mm.
The Kit is pre-assembled in factory and includes the following:
- Pair of Fixing Supports and Plates to attach the Driving Set.
- Aluminium Guide Shoe Supports and Guide Shoes for Guides from 9 to 16mm.
- Guide Shoe Support assembling hardware.
- Pair of Safety Gears Model M247.
- Driving Set.
- Reference Standard EN81-20, EN81-50.
The Safety Gear Kit is a quick and easy assembly solution when replacing safety gears on existing lift car frames. It’s suitable for any type of lift frame, for guide rails from 9mm to 16mm.
Its design allows for one single way to fix it to the lift frame, thus decreasing time and any possible errors during installation.
The Safety Gear Kit may be included in Gervall’s Global UCM (+A3) solution in compliance with the following paragraphs of the EN81-20 and EN81-50 standards:
- Paragraph 5.6.7: Protection against Unintended Car Movement. Standard EN 81-20.
- Paragraph 5.8: Type Examination for the Means of protection against Unintended Car Movement. Standard: EN81-50.
